OverviewMudanjiang, a reputable land of milk and honey, is in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province. It becomes the heart of a ‘golden triangle' being bordering on its three sides by China, Russia and Korea, and it enjoys a name as ‘the lush southern land in the outer north'. The city of Mudanjian gained its name by the fact that the mighty Mudanjiang River runs through the city.
