Administrative divisions of Guizhou
Guizhou is located in the southwestern part of China, which has an area of 67,200 sq mi (174,000 sq km). Its provincial capital city is Guiyang.
Administrative divisions
Guizhou is divided into nine prefecture-level divisions, of which there are four prefecture-level cities, two prefectures, and three autonomous prefectures.
The prefecture-level cities:
•Guiyang
•Liupanshui
•Anshun
•Zunyi
The prefectures:
•Bijie Prefecture
•Tongren Prefecture
The autonomous prefectures:
•Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture
•Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture
•Qianxinan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture
The four prefecture-level divisions, two prefectures and three autonomous prefectures are subdivided into 88 county-level divisions (10 districts,9 county-level cities, 56 counties ,11 autonomous counties and 2 special districts ) .Those are in turn divided into 1543 township-level divisions (691 towns, , 506 townships, 252 ethnic townships, and 94 subdistricts ).
