The Rose Garden Resort hotel is located in the Zhijiang National Tourist Resort and offers beautiful views of the famous Qiantang Tide and pine trees. Built in 2007, this resort hotel comprises a total of 51 rooms spread over 3 floors. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and lift access. It also offers a caf, mini supermarket, TV lounge, hairdressing salon, bar, games room and a restaurant. There is WLAN Internet access and guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services (the latter for an additional fee). It is possible to hire a bicycle to explore the surrounding area and the younger guests will enjoy the kids' club (charges apply). A car park and covered garage parking are available for those arriving by car. The hotel also offers one multifunctional banquet hall with a flexible meeting space that provides guests with a stage and a multimedia room. Two conference rooms are also available. Guests can choose between rooms in different types. They are also equipped with a fridge, a king-size or double bed, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Moreover, guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the balcony of their hotel room. A variety of recreational facilities are on offer, for an additional fee, including an outdoor tennis court, table tennis, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a squash court. The gym (charges apply) features floor-to-ceiling windows to highlight the mountain views, complete with fitness facilities and yoga classes. Guests can also pamper themselves at the spa centre (for an additional fee) with its sauna, steam room, massage treatments and spa treatments and with its separate rooms and butler service. The pool area also offers a children's swimming area, a poolside snackbar, sun loungers and parasols and a sun terrace. It is also possible to play pool/snooker, to go cycling/mountain biking or to enjoy the entertainment programme for adults (all for an additional fee). There are 15 private dining rooms serving Cantonese and Hangzhou cuisines. The bar boasts a variety of liquors, speciality drinks, coffee and imported wines from across the world.
